Esther is the most patient person ever. I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, and she worked me through the idea with me until I got the book cover of my dreams. I think we ended up emailing more than 50 times until it was absolutely perfect. No detail was too small. I never felt rushed, or like I was an imposition. I felt like my book we valued, and the only thing that mattered was getting the perfect cover. I can't thank her enough and am excited to work with her once again on my next cover!
Working with Esther of Meraki Cover Design was an absolute joy! From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and truly listen to what I was looking for. She was so kind and patient, willing to make multiple edits until everything felt just right. When she sent me the concept art, I was blown away. Not only were there several stunning options to choose from, but it felt like she had somehow read my mind based on the form I filled out. She captured my vision better than I could have ever described. I couldn’t be happier with my cover and the entire process. Highly recommend!
Working with Esther has been an absolutely delightful experience. Not only is she very talented, but she will go the extra mile to make sure your vision comes to life. As a first time writer with a limited budget, I was blown away with how quickly she responded, the amazing cover she produced, as well as all the extra little tidbits she added in to make my story come to life. She brought an air of light-heartedness to the entire process, and made it a whole less complicated and a whole lot more enjoyable. I cannot recommend her enough!
I'm in love!!
Esther is such an amazing cover designer! I could not be more happy with the cover she just finished for me! Literally in LOVE with it! I would recommend her to anyone, doesn’t matter what genre. She excels at everything.
Esther helped me create the cover for my first novel. While I knew my story intimately, I didn't know how best to capture it with an engaging cover. She was so patient with me and so creative and my final product is exactly what I wanted and better than I could have imagined.
Esther is incredible!
I can't say enough good things about working with Esther. She's communicative, responsive, and prompt. Beyond that, she's a wonderful artist who pours herself into this work. Esther was wonderful to work with and brought my vision for my covers to life! This isn't always easy to do and she worked patiently with me until the covers were perfect. I've received countless compliments on the cover for Russian Roulette and I know it helped book sales. I highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
I am thrilled. Esther's cover design for volume one of my "Recollections & Reflections" is outstanding. It is both beautiful and easy to read. I am thrilled with the result and I receive many compliments from readers and potential buyers. I will certainly ask Esther to design the cover for volume two when the time comes.
Esther is such a dream to work with! She went above and beyond making sure that I was happy and I have gotten soooo many compliments on my entire series because of the covers. I have recommended her to many authors and they’ve all been thrilled with her work as well. 10/10 she’s amazing!
Esther is an amazing cover designer. She has done TEN covers for me and we will be starting out eleventh shortly. So trust me when I say she is professional, she is reliable, and every time we have worked together she has taken both my vision and my feedback, improved upon it and given me something that is both professional and exceeded my expectations. I am not surprised every single one of these reviews is five stars, because her work ethic is such that she would never settle for less, for you or her. I highly, HIGHLY recommend.
Esther made designing a cover painless. I initially hired someone else who couldn't do what I needed done, which was really frustrating. Esther got it right every time and she is very timely to get things complete. I am using her for my next book.
Esther brought my vision to life with an incredible eye for detail. We worked and reworked ideas until the cover was perfect and I'm so happy Esther took the time to ensure a quality product. Any questions I had were answered promptly and efficiently. The cover was finished faster than I anticipated and better than I could have imagined. Meraki Cover Design blew me away with the finished product and I'm so happy I entrusted my very first book to Esther. I can't wait to work on other covers with het to see what she comes up with next for my series.
I can't say enough good things about Esther. She took my brain dump of random information/themes I wanted to be included on the cover (and even a hand-drawn design) and turned my chaos into a genuinely magical cover. I have so many miscellaneous comments and suggestions, and Esther listened to everything I had to say and incorporated the changes swimmingly. I 100% recommend having Esther design your cover, and I'm excited to see what she comes up with for the next four books in the series!!
I’m so happy with how my cover came out! It’s really amazing to see my vision come to life! Writing a book is hard enough so it was really relieving to have Esther create the gorgeous cover for me. She’s so professional and knowledgeable. I can’t thank her enough for the beautiful work she’s done for me.
I was looking for a premade cover for a Christmas romance title and needed a quick turnaround. Esther had just what I was looking for that perfectly matched my story. Better yet, she said she could help me with creating additional covers for the series. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I'd recommend working with her without any hesitation.
Honestly, every experience I've had working with Esther has been wonderful. Her premade covers that I purchased were lovely; and when I needed to add a fourth book that matched, the custom cover came out beautifully. I look forward to working with her again on future book projects.
We all know how important a book cover is. It's crucial to the success of the book and the author. What isn't stated alongside having an eye catching, genre specific book cover, is the importance of a working relationship between yourself and the cover designer. And I can declare with confidence that working with Esther at Meraki Cover Design is the perfect combination I've been searching for. Not only is her creative side astonishing, her communications are outstanding.

Esther completely surpassed all of my dreams with the cover that she created me! She worked with me through my questions and provided me many proofs to let me choose from. I was so nervous about what a redesign would look like for my first book so that all 4 of my book series would look like a family. Esther showed me several different styles and one of them was just perfect! I loved how patient she was with my need to have a high attention to detail and helped me along the way with design decisions that incorporated my individual tastes. Would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a book cover artist.
Esther is so amazing!! She’s so kind and understanding. She was patient with me and my lack of understanding and knowledge on how this all works. She thought of things I didn’t and really helped me! I love my cover!!! Will be using her for my next book cover!

She was highly communicative and incredibly patient and professional through the process. I can’t imagine anyone being any better to work with than her. I worked with Esther on my 4th book and she is one of the most professional illustrators I've worked with, she is collaborative, very responsive, creative and willing to make edits as needed. I highly recommend her and hope to work with her on my next book.
This is my first time publishing a book. It is quite a daunting experience. I had a design in mind for my book cover. I conveyed my general idea to Esther. She is a great listener! She listened with great patience. I don't want to say I was indecisive but she just gave me so many great choices. I am SO HAPPY with the final design and SO THANKFUL for Esther's ability to "get inside my head." I will have to write another book so we can work together again soon.
She is very professional!
We went over a few things, and her first presentation was a hit with my family and me. And after a few touches, we have the cover of my dreams. I would recommend Esther to anyone looking for quick and professional work.
Esther took the idea I had for the cover for my vella and made it into a beautiful reality.
